I started at Keiser University March 2015 and graduated from the Culinary Arts program in July 2016. I will be finishing the Baking and Pastry Program in July 2017. While in these 2 programs I was on the Culinary Competition team. The first year I was on the team we won 2nd place in the ACF State Competition. The second year we won first place in state and went on to regional competition where we took third place. I was recently in a Veterans Entrepreneurship Program, where we had to develop and pitch a business plan to a panel of judges made up of self made Entrepreneurs. When I made my pitch I was able to secure a large sum of funds to be able to start my own business.
