Aaron Smith, M.S. Sports Management, Class of 2025

My journey at Keiser University’s Flagship Campus has been both impactful and purpose driven. As a Graduate Assistant in Gameday Operations and Compliance, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with the athletics department and student services, supporting student-athletes as they balance the demands of academic and collegiate sports.

This role has provided hands-on experience with eligibility and compliance processes, deepening my understanding of sports governance and operational integrity. These insights have greatly enriched my career goals in sports management.

Academically, I’ve maintained a 4.0 GPA, earned the Seahawk Scholar Award, and was honored to be nominated by faculty as a Top Student Scholar in my program. I also received the AMILPFLY Mentorship Club Award for leadership and service, and I’m an active member of Omicron Delta Kappa (ODK), a national honor society recognizing excellence in leadership, scholarship, and community engagement.

Keiser has equipped me with real-world experience, leadership development, and a professional network that continues to shape my path forward. I’m genuinely grateful for the opportunities and mentorship I’ve received at every step of my journey.

Yours truly,
Aaron Smith, M.S. ’25
